Crystal, Debbi, 2 of Crystal's friends and I had a beautiful hike tonight at Sleepy Giant! Thanks for coming ladies!It was nice chatting; I think all the talking made it go by fast -- Debbi said it was "the quickest walk to the top ever!"
Now, I was NOT in front keeping the pace up; it was Deb and Crystal leading the way...no slowing down!
Their fitness levels have increased over the past 3 weeks!
We hope to do it again soon!!!
